Ordering, Shipping Rules
Minimum order size is 10 lbs.
Each box can hold up to 40 lbs of product. Can mix and match sizes/recipes.
If any box in an order has between 10 - 29 lbs, flat shipping charge of $25 will be added.
Free shipping on all boxes containing 30 lbs - 40 lbs.
Example 1: 50 lb order. Box 1 will have 30 lbs and ship free. Box 2 will have 20 lbs, $25 charge.
Example 2: 60 lb order. Box 1 will have 30 lbs and ship free. Box 2 will have 30 lbs and ship free!
As long as product arrives cold to the touch, safe to refreeze or feed right away.
All boxes ship on Mondays and Wednesdays and expected transit time is 2 days.
Orders received after 7:30 am (your local time) on Wednesday will ship the following Monday.
Initially FedEx tracking information will show a status of "We have your package" and might indicate an estimated delivery date that is inaccurate (longer than expected). Once the FedEx tracking status changes to "On the way," a more accurate delivery date will be reflected.
